Recognizing the vital link between maternal antenatal and postpartum mental health and the developmental outcomes of their children, we are seeking to designate a Mental Health Champion who will act as an advocate, resource, and support for mental health initiatives within the organization. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture, reducing stigma around mental health, and ensuring that employees have access to appropriate resources and support.
