The delegation presented findings from its Task Force on Gaps in Health and Behavioral Health Services and Supports, highlighting the top ten barriers to maternal mental healthcare, including limited transportation, lack of wraparound services, and unaffordable childcare. These systemic issues severely impact early childhood development and the overall well-being of Texas families.
Rupani Foundation joined lawmakers, nonprofit leaders, and advocates on Maternal Mental Health Day at the Texas State Capitol. Advocates called for urgent need to improve maternal mental health services and foster cross-sector collaboration to support Texas families.

Rupani Foundation's 3rd Quarterly Newsletter Jul -Sep 2024 - Issue 1

The Rupani Foundation proudly announces the tremendous success of its first year hosting the 17th Annual Back-to-School Drive, Health Fair & Business Expo. On August 10th, 2024, over 8,000 attendees enjoyed a day packed with engaging kids' activities, community support, health services, and educational resources. This year’s event featured 55 vendors who set up booths to offer services and giveaways.
Distributed all 5,000 backpacks filled with essential school supplies. The event also benefited from generous support, with $36,183.20 in in-kind donations and $33,250.00 in cash donations, bringing the total raised to $69,433.20.
